Event Branding - We have an amazing team of local graphic designers and artists to make your marketing assets look however you want! From event page headers, social media post graphics, print materials, day of show signage… They can do anything you need, following YOUR brand guidelines.
Websites - Our designers are experts in website design, and can create a simple on brand website for your venue or event.
Promotion - If you hate social media, we can curate a simple and effective marketing plan that will help increase the event’s visibility through a combination of posting and paid ads. We also love hanging up posters and getting event advertisements in local periodicals if you feel that’s the best path to reach your target audience.
Production - We will line up everything the venue needs to sound awesome. We have a number of partners that we can coordinate with on your behalf, from just a person running a sound board to bringing in a full professional stage for a big time act!
Day of Show - We would love to handle it all for you! Coordinating with the Band, sound experts, host organization, and venue is what we do! We also LOVE to greet attendees at the registration table so you don’t have to find and train staff on that part of the process.
